Since 2016, I've been writing blog articles mainly in Azerbaijani language and now I am immersing myself in multilingual writing, particularly in Azerbaijani, English, Russian and recently Turkish. I love delving into various topics to deepen my knowledge in psychology and letting my writing flow naturally from those explorations.
My preferred name is Mila. It is an address I have been used to for many years since my student days in Azerbaijan. The name Məlahət has a value that goes beyond me, as it was given to me in honor of my late grandmother (by Azerbaijani traditions).
I am a People Specialist and Organizational Psychology enthusiast based in Vilnius, Lithuania.
Through my blog, I share art and insights that reflect my creativity and professional focus.
In my writing, I seek to communicate beyond words — sharing visual artworks and, at times, music references that gently complement the mood and deepen the emotional atmosphere of each piece.
